This song is a personal testimony of God’s faithfulness in your life. The aspects of God that are addressed in this song: peacemaker, keeper, etc. We praise God for what He’s done. We worship God for who He is.

Worship – revere, honor. For instance, a King, when you come into his presence, you honor him. Same with a judge. He/She doesn’t have to do anything to deserve it, but just because of the title he or she holds, you do it. Same with God. We worship God just because He’s God
Praise – this is where it’s personal. God does stuff for us. He’s a deliverer, He’s a way-maker, He’s (on and on and on and on and on). Praise is commendation or laudation. You only commend people when they’ve done something. That’s why we praise God, because of the things He’s done.
